Wow, uhm...I'm a child of the 80's so anything with a good grove from the 60's on up.
Favorite Places
The ocean. Anywhere my son and I can run around and act a fool. Singing in Church.
Favorite Things
Spending time the Lord's presence. I cringe when I think how little time I've devoted to do this lately. Hanging out with my son doing nothing in particular. Watching/hearing my students have an "ah'ha" moment when they finally get a concept they were struggling to grasp.
Favorite Songs
Right now...Lay 'em Down - no, really. It's so soulful and simple. I love the line "make good on a promise, never hurt again." It reminds me that although God has made so many promises, and he will follow through on them, I still have to show up and do some foot work. It's such a powerful song. Another one I'm digging is "Back and Forth" by Lanae Hale. Anytime I feel overwhelmed (usually at work) I sing the chorus and feel so much better knowing that God's got my back, I just need to "lift my head and don't let go."

What's a fun fact about you?
I've always secretly wanted to learn how to skate board. Not just the skating around town type of boarder, either, but the kind that could do tricks and jump as high as Hosoi.

Well, since I've only been to one...it'd have to be at the Russell House (USC) last year.
